Minnesota Twins Stadium The new Twins Stadium (scheduled to open in time for the 2010 season) will be located just 6 blocks away from SO|HO. Developers and planners expect the area around the newly approved Twins ballpark in downtown Minneapolis to become a busy hub for commuters, residents and fans.” Star Tribune, More than a Ballpark.
Building features:
  • Sandblasted walls, columns and ceilings
  • Stainless steel appliances
  • Concrete floors (wood floor options)
  • Designer bath fixtures

Extraordinary Craftsmanship.
Another thing that sets SOHO apart from other seemingly similar lofts is the craftsmanship that goes into them. We do not source from some large mass manufacturer. Cabinets are custom-built by Marty Kusar, a designer and builder in NE Minneapolis. Painting, tile work and other designs throughout the building are supplied by local artisans. These unique quality touches ensure that SOHO is no cookie-cutter downtown loft.

Original Solid Construction.
One of the advantages of living in a true historic loft is the built-in advantage f traditional, solid warehouse construction. Brick walls and 8-inch concrete floors conduct less sound. Warehouses like this were originally built to meet commercial demands, and floors supported thousands of pounds of products nd heavy equipment. You won't find new construction that compares.
